Port of update.UpdateOptions: the resolved clap flags for this command, kept separate from xianyun_update::updater::UpdateOptions (which this maps into) so run_update doesn’t need a clap::Args dependency.

run_update

Port of update.runUpdate: loads the configuration, builds a repo filter from --repo/--skip, updates every repository, prints the result table/summary/suggestions, and reports a non-zero exit code if any repository failed.
