Crate xianyun_cli 

Library crate for the caproni CLI.

This mirrors the command tree wired up by Go’s cmd/factory.go (urfave/cli/v3) using clap’s derive API.

Exposed as a library (in addition to the caproni binary) so integration tests can exercise pure CLI-layer logic (clap parsing, command-tree structure, argument-independent helper functions like commands::update::build_repo_filter) directly, without spawning a subprocess for every assertion.
