Ported from Config.Validate. Go’s “invalid format”/“empty output” cases are unreachable here since Format/Output are closed enums (see the module docs); validation only checks invariants that remain expressible on the typed Config.

pub fn get_writer(&self) -> Result<Box<dyn Write + Send>>

Ported from Config.GetWriter. Go returns a separate io.Closer; this port relies on Box<dyn Write>’s Drop impl closing the underlying file instead of an explicit closer, since Rust’s std::fs::File closes on drop.
