Port of setkubecontext.runSetKubeContext: loads the configuration,
resolves the target kubeconfig path, and merges (or removes) the
cluster’s context into it.
§Errors
Returns an error if configuration loading, resolving the kubeconfig
path, reading the kubeconfig, resolving the cluster manager (unless
opts.remove is set), getting the cluster’s kubeconfig, merging, or
writing fails.
