Built-in diagnostics.

Ported from internal/diagnostics/builtin.

Go’s diagnostics self-register via each file’s init() calling registerDiagnostic, appending to a package-level slice at program startup. Rust has no direct equivalent of a side-effecting static initializer running before main (short of a ctor-crate dependency this crate does not otherwise need); all instead builds the list directly. Adding a new builtin diagnostic means adding it to all as well as writing its module, mirroring what the Go init() would otherwise have done implicitly.

cluster_domain

Warns when the cluster’s actual DNS zone and cluster.network.cluster_domain disagree.

orphaned_mirror_copies

Diagnoses -caproni mirror deployment copies left behind by an edit mode session that never shut down cleanly.
