A generic kustomize deployer implementation.
Ported from internal/deployer/kustomize/manager.go. It builds a
kustomization directory with the kustomize backend and applies the
rendered manifests with the kubectl backend, making arbitrary
non-chart manifests declarable in caproni.yaml like any other
deployer.
