Module camaterial 

Supplies caproni’s runtime-generated CA material to builtin overlays that need it at build time.

Ported from internal/deployer/kustomize/camaterial.go.

Loads CA material from caproni’s per-profile PKI directory, where the up flow’s pki::load_or_generate persists it during cluster startup.
