Searches for a xianyun.yaml (or, as a compatibility alias,
caproni.yaml) file starting from the current directory and walking
up the directory tree until it reaches either the root directory or
the user’s home directory.
xianyun.yaml is this project’s own primary config filename;
caproni.yaml is supported so existing Go-caproni projects keep
working against this port unmodified. When both exist in the same
directory, xianyun.yaml wins. See PORT_NOTES.md’s naming-migration
